Thanks to everyone who in any way
supported the Heritage Weeend Activities. We all enjoyed an
action packed few days which raised the sum of £1,091 for
the Village Room Appeal and £118 for St Columba’s Church

Coach Outing to London 6th December
- there are still a few places left. The coach will depart
Milton Malsor at 8.00 am and Collingtree at 8.10 am and the
return trip will depart London at 7.30 pm. Tickets (cost

Wines for Christmas Waitrose will
be bringing wines to taste for our Christmas celebrations -
Saturday 15th November 7.30 pm in the Village Room. Tickets

Appeal for Thespians - we are
looking to launch a Collingtree Pantomime. If you
would like to ge involved in this proposed project as actor,
musician, stage manager or technical assistant please get in

the Hope children's home in Thailand.
Music At Milton
Please put a note in your diary for another evening in
our successful series. A fine medley of local talents
featuring some returning artists and some new ones will
present a mixture of choral and instrumental music for “
Music for a Winter’s Evening “. Wednesday 10th December 7.30
pm in Holy Cross Church. Tickets £ 10 – including wine and

Christmas Come & Buy
at 57 Green Street from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday 15
November. Tea, coffee and nibbles, Christmas decorations,
gifts and bargains.
Remembrance Sunday 2008
We start with a service in Holy Cross Church at 10 am
finishing in time to come in procession to the War Memorial
for the Ceremony of Remembrance starting promptly at 10.50
am so that we can all take part in the National Silence at
11 am.
Another Choral Group
is being formed to prepare for the Lessons & Carols Service
on 21 December at 6 pm at Holy Cross Church. Ring Malcolm on
858363 if you would like to join. Rehearsals at 57 Green
Street on five Wednesdays from 8 pm to 9.15 pm starting on
12 November (missing out the Concert evening on 10th
December)
Poors Trust and Barrs
Trust
the Annual payment from these Trusts will take place on
Tuesday 16th December 2008 at 10 a.m. at Raynsford House. If
you are not all ready on the list but think you may be

Three Parishes Leaflet distribution co-ordinator to count
out & deliver to the Milton distribution team. Please
